MEETINGS

The Parish Council usually meets on the first Monday of the month (not on Bank Holidays) in the Methodist Church, Back Street at 7.00pm

MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
The public may make their views known at the allocated item on this Agenda `Public Participation`. Three minutes are allotted for each person, the public may not speak at any other time.

There are some instances when the matter cannot be discussed with the public present, (for example, staffing matters), as this contains a persons private information, to do otherwise would be in contravention of GDPR and privacy obligations.
